KARRATHA has experienced minor flooding however the tropical low developing off the coast is no longer expected to affect the mainland. A blue alert was in place as people between Exmouth and Ningaloo prepares for high winds however it was cancelled on Saturday evening. The Bureau of Meteorology advised the tropical low is moving further away from the coast. It may reach tropical cyclone intensity overnight but should not affect the mainland.
