A GREAT white and tiger shark have been spotted in a feeding frenzy on a whale carcass off Mindarie. The sharks, which are thought to be around 6m long, were seen at around 3pm on Saturday by a member of the public at Staggie Reef, which sits about 1km off the Mindarie shoreline.
