AN Emirates A380 has been forced to make an unscheduled landing in Perth due to a medical emergency. Flight EK414 departed Dubai around 6am Perth time on Wednesday morning, en route to Sydney. But after more than 12 hours in the air, as the plane flew over the Gibson Desert, an elderly passenger needed medical treatment.
