ONE man has died after a crash that involved three vehicles, including a truck, at the intersection of Forrest Road and Tonkin Highway in Forrestdale.
Several St John Ambulance officers and firefighters are at the scene of the crash, which was reported at about 6.15am.
It is believed the crash involved a truck and two other cars at the intersection of Tonkin Highway and Forrest Road.
One man, who was driving one of the cars, suffered critical injuries and died at the scene.
The male driver of the second car was taken by ambulance to Armadale Hospital, He suffered serious injuries but they are not believed to be life threatening
The driver of the truck was uninjured.
Motorists are being urged to avoid Tonkin Hwy in Forrestdale. Traffic is being diverted. Tonkin Hwy has been closed in both directions from Armadale Rd to Rowley Rd in Forrestdale.
