BRAD Pitt made an unexpected appearance during a US festival appearance by Frank Ocean in Los Angeles with the singer serenading the actor on stage.
The actor delivered a piece of performance art while Ocean sang his own tune Close to You and a cover of the Jackson 5 classic Never Can Say Goodbye.
During the performance, Pitt stood by the side of the stage with his back to Ocean, his ear to his phone as if Ocean was singing to him; Pitt would seemingly talk back with both Ocean and Pitt projected onto large video screens.

Pitt’s cameo came months after the actor revealed in a GQ interview that Ocean’s most recent album Blonde helped him through his split from Angelina Jolie.
“I’ve been listening to a lot of Frank Ocean,” Pitt said. “I find this young man so special. Talk about getting to the raw truth. He’s painfully honest. He’s very, very special. I can’t find a bad one.”

“He’s painfully honest. He’s very, very special.”
Ocean returned the love during a June concert in Manchester — by wearing a shirt with the actor’s face on the front.
Her director Spike Jonze was also spotted on the FYF Fest stage filming Ocean’s performance.
