A GREAT white and tiger shark have been spotted in a feeding frenzy on a whale carcass off Mindarie.
The sharks, which are thought to be around 6m long, were seen at around 3pm on Saturday by a member of the public at Staggie Reef, which sits about 1km off the Mindarie shoreline.
The sighting is near where Doreen Collier was attacked and killed by a suspected five-metre shark in June last year.

Water users are being asked to take additional caution in waters between Ocean Reef and Alkimos.
A shark alert has been issued, with fears the carcass could attract more sharks to the area.
